APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING THE PRINCIPLES OF ANTI-CORRUPTION MONITORING

Abstract

In this article, the author considers anti-corruption monitoring as a necessary component of an efficientstate anti-corruption policy. A systematic approach to understanding anti-corruption monitoring allowed us toidentify its structural elements, and the author pays closer attention in this article to the principles of anticorruptionmonitoring and approaches to understanding them. The author also examines approaches tounderstanding the principles of other types of monitoring.
