Abstract

The development of the banking services market in the digital era demands a strategic approach that integratesmodern marketing techniques to enhance competitiveness, customer engagement, and fnancial stability. This studyexplores the methodological foundations necessary for advancing the banking sector through contemporary marketingstrategies such as digital transformation, customer relationship management (CRM), personalized fnancial services,and omnichannel communication. The research highlights the role of data analytics, artifcial intelligence, and behavioralsegmentation in optimizing marketing efforts within the banking industry. Additionally, it examines the influence ofconsumer behavior trends, regulatory policies, and fntech innovations on the evolution of banking services.
