The article explores the strategic development of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)tourism in Spain, analyzing trends, geographic distribution, market segmentation, and its economic impact. Key factorssuch as infrastructure advancements, government support, and cultural appeal are highlighted as drivers of growth. Thestudy also addresses the rise of hybrid events and the diversifcation of MICE destinations, emphasizing the industry'scontribution to the Spanish economy and its potential for further expansion.
