Abstract
Smart cities represent a transformative approach to urban development, leveraging advanced technologies and integrated systems to enhance urban living, sustainability, and efficiency. This research explores the critical role of contractual frameworks in facilitating the successful implementation of smart city ecosystems, addressing the complex interdependencies between technological infrastructure, governance, and stakeholder interactions.
