Abstract
Personalization has become a critical strategy for businesses aiming to enhance customer experience and drivegrowth. This study examines the impact of personalization on key business indicators such as revenue growth, customerretention, and operational efficiency. Drawing on data from McKinsey & Company’s research, we analyze how effectivepersonalization strategies can multiply business value, while poor personalization can lead to significant losses. Thefindings highlight the importance of data-driven personalization and provide actionable insights for businesses seeking tooptimize their personalization efforts.
