PARTICIPATION OF BUSINESS ENTITIES IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Abstract

This article provides information about the role of business entities in the public procurement process, the procedure for their participation, existing problems in this area, and the proposed solutions. During the research, the public procurement process carried out by budget organizations was analyzed, with a focus on purchases from small business entities.
