Abstract

The paper presents the results of a study on the creation of a combined photothermoplastic film converter from film photo- and thermal converters. The relevance of conducting such studies is substantiated. The importance of selecting materials and types of converters in obtaining efficient hybrid elements is described. The limits of the temperature ranges at which a positive result of experimentation of structures can be expected are shown. The calculation method and conditions for selecting the initial data for mathematical calculations of converter characteristics are described. The results of the study are presented and the dependences of the electrophysical materials of the thermoelements and the efficiency coefficients of the transducers on the temperature of the samples are analyzed. It is concluded that it is possible to create such current sources.
