Abstract
The characteristics of bronchial asthma combined with allergic rhinosinusitis have been identified: a more severe course of the disease, bronchial hyperreactivity, and decreased activity of the body's nonspecific defense mechanisms. Risk factors and non-infectious allergens play a significant role in the formation and development of bronchial asthma. Allergic rhinosinusitis determines the severity of the clinical course of bronchial asthma.
