Abstract

We are considering whether a digital platform that sells its own products together with its vendors brings benefit or harm to consumers. It benefits consumers by lowering prices in a number of models: a gatekeeper platform facing a competitive marginal group of sellers, where the marginal sellers also have their own channels that can be perfectly or imperfectly substituted by the platform; where a gatekeeper platform with marginal sellers competes with a large seller with market power in a differentiated alternative channel; and where the gatekeeper platform accepts only a large seller with market power. The article presents a comparative practical comparison of digital platforms and smart platforms in online communication, an analysis of digital platform typology, and the current trend of development of digital platforms in internet communication. In Uzbekistan, the method of calculating the amount of added value and the economy added to the digital platform in Uzbekistan is given and it is important to increase the number of electronic devices in Uzbekistan, and to make full use of the platform, which is closed to the development of the closed system, to determine the cause of the problem. The ability to conduct deep scientificpractical research has been established.
