Annotated Checklist of Click-Beetles (Coleoptera, Elateridae) of Tyumen Province
Abstract
An annotated checklist of Elateridae of Tyumen Province (including the Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets autonomous okrugs) based on the study of collection materials and literature data is given. Seventy species of click-beetles from 37 genera of 7 subfamilies are now reliably known from the region. Fourteen species are recorded for the first time in Tyumen Province, and 5 of them are recorded for the first time in West Siberia: Adrastus pallens (Fabricius, 1792), Agriotes medvedevi Dolin, 1960, Ampedus karpathicus (Buysson, 1886), Oedostethus similarius Dolin et Medvedev, 2002, and Cardiophorus asellus (Erichson, 1840). Fifty-six species of Elateridae are recorded in the south of Tyumen Province; 30 and 46 species are recorded in Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi autonomous okrugs, respectively. The bionomics and distribution of click-beetles in Tyumen Province are discussed.
