Abstract

This study investigates the significance of communicative culture in enhancing teaching effectiveness. Through a mixed-methods approach involving classroom observations and teacher interviews, the research explores how fostering a communicative culture influences student engagement, learning outcomes, and the overall classroom environment. Findings indicate that classrooms characterized by open dialogue, mutual respect, and active listening foster an environment conducive to learning. Teachers who prioritize communication skills and create inclusive spaces see higher levels of student participation and academic achievement. The study concludes that establishing a communicative culture within educational settings is pivotal for effective teaching.
