Abstract
The article substantiates the procedural protocol for securing evidence in pre-trial proceedings. Based on a scientific analysis of current legislation and the opinions of researchers, conclusions and proposals have been developed regarding the procedural protocol for securing evidence in pre-trial proceedings.
