Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the nature and characteristics of the financial system under conditions of economic liberalization. It examines the modernization of the financial structure, the liberalization of the banking sector, tax policy reforms, and the introduction of digital financial technologies. The paper also compares Uzbekistan’s financial reforms with international experiences and evaluates their impact on sustainable economic growth. Based on the theories of economists such as Keynes, Friedman, Stiglitz, Samuelson, and Musgrave, the study reveals that financial liberalization accelerates economic development but requires effective control mechanisms to prevent instability.
