Abstract

This article is devoted to the issues of improving the mechanisms for monitoring the results of professional activities of physical education and sports specialists on the basis of digital technologies, in particular, the example of institutions for retraining and advanced training of specialists is considered. The article analyzes the limitations of traditional monitoring methods and suggests ways to solve these problems using digital tools, such as wearable devices, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data analysis. Based on scientific literature and practical examples, the role of digital technologies in optimizing the educational process, ensuring objective assessment, and introducing individual approaches is shown. As a result, it is emphasized that the use of these technologies serves to improve the quality of education and stimulate the professional development of specialists, and also identifies areas for future research.
