Abstract
This article analyzes the structural and semantic properties of the Uzbek pronouns “biz” (‘we’) and “o‘z” (‘self’) and explores their functional roles in discourse. The main objective of the study is to describe, within a unified model, how these two pronouns construct collective (“bizlik”) and reflexive (“o‘zlik”) forms of identification in the Uzbek language. The research employs a descriptive-analytic, structural-semantic, and discourse-linguistic approach.
