Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological foundations of the process of determining, controlling and evaluating the level of formation of spiritual and moral values in primary school students. The modern forms and methods of assessment, criteria, the importance of Teacher–Student–Parent cooperation are highlighted. Also, the problems encountered in the assessment of spiritual and moral education and ways to eliminate them are proposed.
