Abstract
this article covers the relationship between the physical development of the human body and the activity of the musculoskeletal system. It analyzed the anatomical and physiological features of the bone-muscular system, the laws of bone formation in children and adolescents, the neuromuscular mechanisms of movement, the ways of strengthening the musculoskeletal system through exercise on the basis of scientific sources. It also shows the factors that contribute to the development of musculoskeletal diseases and the role of physical education in their prevention.
