Abstract

Modern orthopedic dentistry is undergoing a stage of digital transformation, affecting all aspects of diagnostics, modeling and manufacturing of orthopedic structures. Special attention is paid to improving the methods of manufacturing complete removable dentures, aimed at improving accuracy, reducing treatment time and improving patient adaptation. The purpose of this work is to conduct a systematic analysis and comparison of modern technologies for manufacturing complete removable prostheses, including analog, milled and 3D-printed methods, from the standpoint of accuracy, biocompatibility, aesthetics and clinical effectiveness.
