Abstract

Resume. Advances in laboratory diagnostics have significantly transformed the early detection, classification, and management of gynecologic malignancies. Novel molecular, genetic, and biomarker-based technologies provide improved accuracy, sensitivity, and prognostic value compared with conventional diagnostic tools. This article reviews recent innovations in laboratory diagnostics in oncogynecology, including liquid biopsy, circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), next-generation sequencing (NGS), proteomic and metabolomic profiling, epigenetic markers, and artificial intelligence–assisted laboratory systems. Their clinical relevance, diagnostic performance, and integration into modern oncologic practice are discussed. Key words: oncogynecology, treatment, surgery, cancer, radiotherapy, precision medicine
