Abstract

The article presents a description of a successfully treated case of invasive aspergillosis in an HIV-infected patient at the AIDS stage. This example demonstrates the possibility of developing invasive aspergillosis as one of the opportunistic mycotic infections in patients with AIDS. The discussion includes modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of invasive aspergillosis in AIDS patients.
