Abstract
This article discusses the major changes occurring in business management systems as a result of digital transformation. The digitization process affects all levels of corporate governance: strategic planning, operational operations, financial control, customer relations, Personnel Management and innovative development. The introduction of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, Internet of Things, Big Data, and automated systems has led to a shift from traditional management models to more flexible, analytical, and responsive management structures. The investment of companies in digital technologies is growing: in 2024, a significant part of enterprises will give priority to the modernization of IT infrastructure and the automation of basic business processes. The article analyzes the impact of digital tools on business efficiency and competitiveness of companies in conditions of increasing global competition.
