Abstract
This study examines the effectiveness of higher education services by analyzing the economic mobility of graduates in the contemporary labor market. Moving beyond traditional metrics such as graduation rates, the research focuses on "income advancement" and "socio-economic lifting" as primary indicators of educational quality. Utilizing data from 2024-2025 labor trends, the article explores the correlation between specialized skills and vertical mobility. The findings suggest that higher education institutions (HEIs) must shift their focus toward high-return competencies to ensure the economic sustainability of their graduates.
