Abstract
In this article, treatment began immediately after the pathology appeared. The drug was applied to the wound surface by applying three doses of plant-derived ointment (ASTUR) to the wound surface daily at a dose of 200 mg/kg (14 days). Cytological examination of scars from experimental wounds revealed a decrease in the protective cellular reaction, the degenerative nature of the changes. This was manifested in a significant destruction and degeneration of neutrophils, the presence of a clear microflora without signs of active phagocytosis. The physicochemical effects on them, the physiological state of the animal, the reaction of the animal cell to the ointment, and their physical condition were studied.
