Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical and practical foundations of using innovative technologies in teaching Uzbek language and literature. It examines both national practices and advanced pedagogical approaches of countries such as Finland, the United States, South Korea, and Japan within the context of academic lyceums. The paper highlights the role of interactive methods, digital tools, and reflective reading strategies in developing students’ creative and critical thinking skills. It also discusses ways to enhance educational quality through improving teachers’ methodological competence and digital literacy.
