Abstract
This article presents a clinical case of managing a patient with bronchiectasis and illustrates the necessity of a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment. The authors examine methods of antibacterial and mucolytic therapy, respiratory rehabilitation and prevention of exacerbations, and emphasize the importance of individual selection of treatment and non- pharmacological methods in the management of bronchiectasis.
