A High-Fidelity AI-Driven Augmented Reality Framework for Immersive Luxury Retail Experiences
Abstract
A recurrent issue in the luxury retail sector concerns the necessity to close the gap between the virtual and offline shopping process; the traditional internet-based platforms and visual in-store displays do not duplicate the uniqueness, the sensation of touch, and the accuracy of the image of the premium goods. Luxury items are not easily evaluated with precision by the customers on their material, texture, reflectivity and craftsmanship thus less engagement and less confidence in purchases. In a bid to solve the issue, we introduce the LuxeAR which is a platform of immersive Augmented Reality, which combines real-time 3D rendering, edge computing, AI-enabled personalization, and multi-modality interaction to provide hyper-realistic visualizations of luxury products in the real world of users. LuxeAR receives gesture, gaze and environmental lighting information by taking the data with AR-enabled sensors and processing this data in edge nodes to achieve low-latency rendering with a photorealistic fidelity. The system uses context-based recommendation algorithms, dynamically changing the content of AR according to the behavior, likes, and patterns of interaction and suggests complementary products to users in real-time. The multi-user experience can be supported with persistent AR experience across devices with cloud-based synchronization, increasing collaborative and social interaction. The outcomes of the simulation show that LuxeAR can reach 88% accuracy, 85% precision, 86% recall, and 87% F1-score, which is much higher than traditional AR retail systems in the level of relevance in recommendations and interaction fidelity. The combination of AI, computer vision, and high-fidelity AR rendering makes users feel like they are experiencing virtual luxury products in real-life and adaptive algorithms ensure that the engagement and personalization enhancement. Altogether, LuxeAR is a solution with the potential to enhance digital luxury retail because it combines immersive visualization, smart interaction, and responsive individualization to reduce the distance between virtual and physical experiences and offers scalable, low-latency, and high-precision AR experiences.
