NEW UZBEKISTAN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY - HUMAN CAPITAL AS A SOCIALLEGAL FACTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The development strategy of the new Uzbekistan is based on the development of human capital, and socio-legal factors play an important role in this process. Human capital is considered the main driving force of social progress and sustainable development. This article analyzes the socio-legal aspects of human capital, legal reforms and the impact of social development on social development in the conditions of the new Uzbekistan. The development strategy of the new Uzbekistan includes large-scale reforms aimed at the development of human capital. Legal reforms, economic development and improvement of the social protection system play an important role in this process. The growth of human capital is a decisive factor in bringing Uzbekistan to a new stage of development and increasing global competitiveness.
