DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING SERVICES: ECONOMIC IMPLICATIONS
Abstract
This study examines the economic implications of digital transformation in vocational training services within the context of a rapidly evolving knowledge-based economy. The integration of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and online learning platforms has significantly reshaped the structure and delivery of vocational education. The research aims to analyze how digital transformation affects efficiency, cost-effectiveness, labor market alignment, and human capital development. A mixed-method approach combining theoretical analysis, comparative studies, and statistical evaluation is employed. The findings indicate that digitalization enhances accessibility, reduces operational costs, and improves learning outcomes while simultaneously introducing challenges related to digital inequality, infrastructure limitations, and cybersecurity risks. The study contributes to the existing literature by proposing a conceptual framework for evaluating the economic efficiency of digital vocational training systems.
