Abstract
This article presents a design model for a scientific conference system based on a conceptual description of its key entities and their interrelations. The developed architecture formalizes key conference processes - participant registration, section organization, and the management of papers, publications, sponsorship, and news updates. A UML class diagram demonstrating the system structure and component interactions was constructed based on the proposed conceptual model. The model is versatile and can be used as a foundation for creating new information platforms supporting scientific events in online, offline, and hybrid formats.
