NARKOLOGIK BEMORLARNI DAVOLASH DAVRIDA BANDLIGINI TAMINLASH

Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida narkologik kasalliklarni oldini olish va davolash bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar yoritilgan. “Narkologik kasalliklar profilaktikasi va ularni davolash to‘g‘risida”gi qonun asosida bemorlarni majburiy va ixtiyoriy davolash, reabilitatsiya hamda ijtimoiy moslashtirish choralari belgilangan. Shuningdek, majburiy davolash faqat sud qarori asosida amalga oshirilishi, davolash muddati 18 oydan oshmasligi hamda mehnat terapiyasi qo‘llanishi mumkinligi qayd etilgan. Prezident qarori bilan 2022–2026-yillarda narkologiya xizmatini modernizatsiya qilish va elektron nazorat tizimini joriy etish choralari belgilangan. Abstract. This article highlights the reforms being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the prevention and treatment of drug addiction. In accordance with the Law "On the Prevention and Treatment of Addictive Diseases," measures for compulsory and voluntary treatment, rehabilitation, and social adaptation of patients have been defined. It is also noted that compulsory treatment can be carried out only on the basis of a court decision, the duration of treatment should not exceed 18 months, and occupational therapy can be used. The Presidential Decree defines measures for the modernization of the narcology service and the introduction of an electronic control system in 2022-2026.
