Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada Temur tuzuklari va ularning huquqbuzarliklarni profilaktika qilishdagi roli keng qamrovli tahlil qilingan. Muallif tomonidan Temur davrida joriy etilgan huquqiy normalar, jazolar tizimi, mahalla va ijtimoiy tartibni ta’minlash mexanizmlari batafsil o‘rganilgan. Annotation. This article examines the role of Temur’s legal codes (Tuzuks) in crime prevention. It analyzes the legal norms, sanctions system, and mechanisms for maintaining social order established during the Timurid era. The study highlights the historical and theoretical significance of these codes for modern crime-prevention systems.
