ANNOTATSIYA. Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonning mustaqillik yillarida huquqbuzarliklar profilaktikasi tizimini rivojlantirish jarayonlari, uning huquqiy va institutsional asoslari, jamoatchilik va davlat idoralari o‘rtasidagi hamkorlik mexanizmlari, raqamlashtirish jarayonining profilaktika tizimidagi o‘rni hamda yoshlar bilan ishlashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari ilmiy tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, mavjud muammolar va kelgusi istiqboldagi rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari huquqbuzarliklarning oldini olish bo‘yicha tizimli, kompleks yondashuv zarurligini ko‘rsatadi hamda ushbu sohada amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning jamiyat xavfsizligi va barqarorligi uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini asoslab beradi. ANNOTATION. This article provides a scientific analysis of the development of the crime prevention system in Uzbekistan during the years of independence, including its legal and institutional foundations, mechanisms of cooperation between public institutions and government bodies, and the role of digital technologies in modernizing preventive measures. The study also examines contemporary approaches to youth engagement, identifies existing challenges, and outlines future prospects for improving the effectiveness of prevention efforts. The findings emphasize the importance of a comprehensive and systematic approach to crime prevention and demonstrate the significance of ongoing reforms for ensuring public safety and social stability.
