Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada profilaktika inspektorining giyohvandlik bilan bog‘liq huquqbuzarliklarning oldini olishdagi roli va tezkor-qidiruv faoliyati bilan o‘zaro hamkorlikning samaradorligini oshirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada giyohvandlikning ijtimoiy xavfi, uni aniqlashda va oldini olishda profilaktika inspektorlarining o‘rni, shuningdek, huquqni muhofaza qiluvchi organlar o‘rtasida axborot almashish tizimini takomillashtirish zaruriyati yoritilgan. Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения эффективности взаимодействия инспектора профилактики с оперативно-розыскными подразделениями при организации профилактики правонарушений, связанных с наркоманией. Анализируются социальные и правовые аспекты наркопреступности, роль инспектора профилактики в раннем выявлении и предупреждении подобных правонарушений, а также необходимость совершенствования обмена информацией между правоохранительными органами. Annotation. This article analyzes the role of the preventive inspector in preventing drug-related offenses and improving cooperation with operational-search units. It discusses the social dangers of drug abuse, the role of preventive inspectors in early detection and prevention, and the need to enhance information exchange between law enforcement agencies for greater effectiveness.
