Abstract
The article addresses issues of competitiveness of construction organizations, emphasizing its achievement through quality improvement. It highlights the assessment function in competitiveness management and proposes an integrated quality management system for the regional construction industry. A methodology for developing local quality management systems within construction enterprises has been formulated.
