Abstract

Acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease of the pancreas that can lead to severe complications, including pancreatic necrosis. Modern treatment approaches are aimed at minimizing surgical trauma, making endoscopic and minimally invasive techniques the primary strategies for treating severe forms of the disease. This article discusses current trends in the use of minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques, their advantages and limitations compared to traditional open methods.
