Abstract
5T OS — Human Operating System (Kernel) is the Meta-level orchestrator of the 5T System (Architecture) V3.0, integrating five foundational sub-systems: BIOS (Biological OS), BOS (Behavior & Cognitive OS), EOS (Emotional OS), COS (Career OS), and SOS (Spiritual OS). The Kernel enforces the constitutional principle Sequence > Speed through the required flow BIOS → BOS → EOS → COS → SOS, and standardizes human operation using a shared architecture: Layers + Blocks + Cycles + Compass. It also defines a safe Human–AI collaboration model via the Copilot Protocol Sense → Interpret → Decide → Act → Reflect, where AI acts as Copilot and Humans remain Owners.
