Abstract
Emotional OS (EOS) is a core module within the 5T Human Operating System, designed to conceptualize emotions as an operational system rather than subjective states or psychological symptoms. Positioned between Biological OS (BIOS), Behavior & Cognitive OS (BOS), and Career OS (COS), EOS functions as a stabilizing and integrative layer governing emotional regulation, attachment security, and relational coherence. This whitepaper introduces a non-clinical, systems-based framework for understanding emotions as signals, loops, and integration processes. It reframes emotional instability not as individual weakness, but as a result of unresolved emotional loops and fragmented attachment patterns across relational domains.
