Abstract

This document is a system specification, not a methodology, framework, or advisory guide. It defines binding runtime semantics, validation states, transition rules, and governance constraints for the 5T Human Operating System. Normative and non-normative content are explicitly separated.Illustrative examples carry no prescriptive authority. Any implementation claiming alignment with the 5T OS must comply with the System Validation Loop (SVL) invariants defined herein.
