This topic is devoted to the content of property rights, the legal guarantees that ensure them, and the prevention of legal consequences associated with these rights. Analysis of the constitutional foundations of the right to own, dispose of and dispose of property. , mechanisms for protecting property rights – appeal to the court, restoration of damage and rights are highlighted.
