Issues of Ensuring Transparency in the Provision of Social Assistance through Reducing the Human Factor.
Abstract
Transparency in the provision of social assistance remains a pressing issue in modern social policy. Excessive reliance on the human factor in decision-making processes may lead to subjectivity and unequal access to support. This study examines how reducing direct human involvement through digital and automated systems can enhance transparency and fairness in social assistance delivery. The analysis highlights the role of objective criteria and data-based decision-making while acknowledging existing challenges related to digital access and institutional capacity. The paper emphasizes the importance of combining technological solutions with effective oversight to ensure socially just outcomes. Various methodological foundations for reducing the human factor are examined
