Tadqiqot natijasida choy tarkibida shavel, limon, vino va yantar kislotalari aniqlanib, ularning miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlari belgilandi. Olingan natijalar AS–UBS shifobaxsh choyining antioksidantlik, metabolik jarayonlarni faollashtiruvchi va biologik faol xususiyatlarga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi hamda uni funksional ichimlik sifatida tavsiflash imkonini beradi. Kalit so‘zlar: AS–UBS shifobaxsh choyi, organik kislotalar, HPLC, biologik faol moddalar, funksional ichimlik.
