Abstract

This study focuses on the role of urate-induced oxidative stress in kidney function impairment. Elevated urate levels contribute to increased reactive oxygen species, leading to cellular damage, inflammation, and disruption of renal function. Understanding these mechanisms is essential for early diagnosis, prevention, and development of effective therapeutic strategies. Targeting urate levels and oxidative stress may improve outcomes in patients with renal disorders.
