Abstract
This scientific article provides a comprehensive assessment of the economic efficiency of green tourism in the international tourism market. The study examines the contribution of green tourism to sustainable economic growth, tourism revenues, employment generation, and investment attractiveness. Special attention is paid to the indicators and evaluation methods used to measure the economic performance of environmentally oriented tourism models. Based on international experience, the paper highlights the potential for enhancing the competitiveness of green tourism and substantiates its economic significance within the global tourism market.
