Abstract
This article highlights the political processes in Transoxiana in the mid-18th century, including the crisis of the Ashtarkhanid dynasty and the accession of the Manghit dynasty to the throne. Furthermore, based on scientific sources, the research analyzes the stages of the Bukhara Khanate's transformation into an emirate, reforms towards building a centralized state, and the specific characteristics of consolidating the power of the early Manghit rulers in state administration.
