Abstract
Resume. Arterial hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases and a risk factor for myocardial infarction, stroke, heart failure, and chronic kidney disease. Despite advances in therapy, blood pressure control remains inadequate. Artificial intelligence (AI) offers new opportunities for early diagnosis, risk assessment, and personalized treatment. Tubeless monitoring systems, predictive models, and digital platforms are being used. Key challenges include data quality, interpretability, and ethical issues. AI has significant potential to improve hypertension management. Keywords: artificial intelligence, hypertension, machine learning, cardiovascular risk, blood pressure monitoring, digital health
