Abstract
This article examines digital threats to youth psychological health in the context of an increasingly information-driven society. The study conceptualizes key risk factors associated with intensive online engagement, including information overload, misinformation, cyberbullying, destructive content exposure, and algorithm-driven social comparison. These factors are discussed as mechanisms that may undermine emotional stability, increase anxiety and stress, disrupt healthy daily routines, and negatively influence young people’s attitudes and behavior.
