Abstract
This paper proposes ECHO, a platform that enables artists to register their philosophical worldview as a structured AI database and monetize it through fan resonance interactions. Introduces Thought-as-a-Service (TaaS) and post-attention economics, grounded in the Hikari Currency (光貨) framework. The first proof of concept was built and deployed on 2026-03-26. Conceptual priority established: 2026-03-26, Fukui, Japan.
