Abstract

Resume. Hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) is a severe complication of advanced liver cirrhosis, characterized by functional renal failure in the absence of intrinsic kidney disease. The pathogenesis of HRS is multifactorial, involving systemic hemodynamic changes, activation of vasoconstrictor systems, and immune dysregulation. This study aims to investigate the role of immunological indicators in the early diagnosis and monitoring of hepatorenal syndrome in patients with liver cirrhosis. Keywords: Hepatorenal syndrome, liver cirrhosis, immunological markers, cytokines, CD markers, diagnosis.
