Abstract
This scientific article is devoted to the diagnosis and differentiation of cosmetic complications of various manifestations detected in the anterior chest wall in the long term after surgery in children who underwent surgery with pectus excavatum. These cosmetic complications were referred to as "postoperative syndromes," and the age of greatest risk was 5-11 years (younger age) and 15-18 years (adolescent age). The proposed methods of surgical treatment of postoperative syndromes allow for good cosmetic and functional results.
