Abstract

This article examines the central role of the concept of justice in the works of Alisher Navo‘i, exploring its philosophical, ethical, and socio-political dimensions. In Navoi’s writings, justice is interpreted not only as a moral virtue but also as the fundamental principle of social stability and state governance. Drawing on examples from “Hayrat ul-abror,” “Saddi Iskandariy,” “Farhod va Shirin,” “Sab’ai sayyor,” and “Mahbub ul-qulub,” the study analyzes the artistic representation of justice, its Islamic-Sufi sources, and its practical social implications
